A wonderful four weeks holiday.

What impressed me most was the lovely garden and the Tramuntana mountains in the background. The finca was very clean and the nice gestures like a bowl of fruits in the kitchen and Roses in every room was a nice way to welcome guests. The owner was very friendly although we had a language barrier. There were only two pots and in an unusable condition so that we had to buy new ones but were refunded by the owner. We bought big glasses, small knives to peel .vegetables and a spatula. But we hope that next year we are able to rent finca Lila again.

Beautiful and peaceful setting

Beautiful and peaceful setting. Very comfortable house, well equipped kitchen. Pepe and his family were lovely. Excellent location, away from tourist crowds yet within car reach of many interesting places, both inland and by the sea.

This is the third time we have been here

This is the third time we have been here. Beautiful, peaceful location which is amazing. The owner Pepe comes to feed the chickens and turkeys and is a wonderful person whom we have grown to love very much. Especially our 9 year old!

Fantastic hideaway

This villa is isolated so it's quiet but not so much that there isn't enough to do locally. It's well contacted, 10 minutes by car to anything you need. The owner is wonderful, helpful and funny! We had an amazing time here.

Amazing finca! The views are spectacular and the surroundings are quiet. The garden is larger than expected. The inside of the cottage is also very nice and we were welcomed with fresh flowers and plants.

We definitely would return!

What an incredible find tucked away between little Binibona and Moscari. We loved walking to one of the nearby towns daily and enjoying one of the three lounge areas during the day. The sunsets over the mountains were incredible. Very quick and flexible host responses. We definitely would return!

We had a great time at Pepes Finca

We had a great time at Pepes Finca. The house is really wonderfully located, away from the hustle and bustle and with great views of the mountains. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation: lots of space in the house, 2 shaded terraces, 1 pool and a very nice host. Pepe welcomed us with fruit and cold cidre. There were also some drinks in the fridge. We will definitely come again!

Great place with stunning views from terrace and the infinity pool

Great place with stunning views from terrace and the infinity pool. Very peaceful and we enjoyed evenings watching the stars. Located in small village that has a bar and a couple of restaurants. Supermarkets are 10 min by car. Easy access to coast- approx 30 min drive and only 40 min from airport. Pepe was a super host- always attentive but not intrusive and happy to help. If you want a beautiful peaceful location this is the place to visit.

Outstanding Villa

Because of Covid we have had to postpone for 2 years and finally got away this year. I can’t thank Mariana and her team for their continual support and understanding over the last 2 years. The villa is outstanding. Very quiet, 2 lovely patio areas for relaxing and a lovely pool to cool down in. Can’t recommend enough. Pepe the owner is a very friendly guy and comes over to water the garden and feed the chickens who have a habit of wondering around the grounds which is quite entertaining.

Insgesamt hat uns das Haus gut gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, kurze Wege zum Strand und auch in die Berge. Das Grundstück ist schön groß, der Pool war uns fast zu kalt. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist kein abgeschlossener Raum, sodass die Nachtruhe dort nur eingeschränkt gewährleistet ist. Jeden Abend kamen ein bis drei Katzen, die uns zu aufdringlich waren (freundliche Versuche des Verscheuchens waren erfolglos). Die Kommunikation mit Owl-Booking war toll. Wir fühlten uns gut informiert und betreut. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber, ein kleines Willkommenspaket hat uns erfreut.Es gibt ein paar kleine Mängel wie quietschende Türen, durchgelegene Poolliege oder defektes Netz an der Tischtennisplatte, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass das schnell behoben wird.Das allergrößte Ärgernis sind die Mücken. Wir mussten uns regelmäßig einsprühen und manchmal hat nicht mal das geholfen...Trotzdem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, deren Lage die kleinen Schwächen kompensiert.Ausflugstipps: Markt in Pollensa, Port de Pollenca, Wanderung zum Puig de Maria, Essen im Tierra de Fuego

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Durch die Bauart des Pools, reinigt sich dieser selber und ist daher immer sauber. Das Haus ist toll gelegen. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Nachts sorgt eine Klimaanlage für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Eigentümer hat täglich nach dem Rechten gesehen, was wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Er war sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Als Willkommensgruß stand eine Flasche Wein sowie ein riesiger Obstkorb bereit. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder. Durch die im Küchenschrank gelagerten Reinigungsmittel riecht es stark nach Reinigungsmitteln. Man sollte diese geruchslos verschließen. Aber das kennen wir aus anderen Häusern auch schon. Nach dem Lüften ist es besser.

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Finca mit herrlicher Umgebung. Bei der Ankunft war das gesamte Haus mit frischen Blüten geschmückt und ein leckerer Obstteller war hinterlegt. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mensch, der tagsüber dezent seine Obstplantage bewirtschaftet und die Tiere versorgt. WLAN funktionierte im Haus und direkt davor auf der Terrasse gut. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt.
