The fantastic outdoor area features a chlorine swimming pool measuring 7.5x3.8 metres and with a depth of up to 1.70 metres, ideal for enjoying refreshing swims in summer. You can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers after your swim. The property has different areas for relaxing on the terrace, eating outdoors or simply admiring the mountains. It also has a mobile barbecue, perfect for preparing your favourite meals outdoors.

Inside the house, spread over two floors, you will find spacious interior areas. Starting with a bright living room with a Smart TV where you can relax after a day of sightseeing, an integrated dining room and a kitchen equipped with gas and all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay. Continuing on the ground floor, there is the first bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. To complete this floor, there are 2 bathrooms with showers. Going up the stairs, you will reach the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds and one with a double bed and access to a furnished terrace to enjoy the mountain views. A third bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine, iron and various fans available in the house.

Selva is a charming Mallorcan village at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains, known for its authenticity, peaceful atmosphere and proximity to hiking and cycling trails. From this privileged location, you will be a stone's throw from charming villages such as Caimari and Moscari, and less than 30 minutes by car from some of the best beaches in the north of the island.
