「CNZ house is well located. Unit B is spacious, well equipped, fresh, clean, warm and very comfortable. The large conservatory room is a bonus when the sun is out, with table and seating at one end, and as a drying room with excellent clothes airers at the other end. My husband enjoyed the super sized TV in the lounge area. The kitchen has plenty of storage, and all you need to cook with. A lot can be stored in the large fridge freezer. The laundry, just off the kitchen, has a butler pantry...

「This house was perfect for our needs. We are a large family who needed to be close to relatives living in the area. House was modern, spacious and met all our needs. Had outdoor table and BBQ which we used. 2 living areas with giant TVs which the kids loved. Lots of appliances including a coffee machine (with generous quantity of pods supplied). Is located in a very quiet suburban area. Will definitely be back as location suits us perfectly to be close to our family. Thanks for having us. 」

「Another perfect stay at Maison du Soliel. Danielles houses are beautifully appointed and comfortable. Its great to have a garage, close to the inner city, great proximity to everything.Danielle is a wonderful host, we'll be back for sure. 」

「Everything in this place was perfect! There were so many cute details and the owners thought of everything to create a cozy place to stay. We really appreciated the onsite parking and we were able to walk to so many places. The restaurants in this area are especially good. Our family of 4 all enjoyed this beautiful space and didn't want to leave. 」

「Lovely stay in Diamond Bay, unfortunately the weather didn’t let us enjoy the fabulous view as much as we would have like, but it was still a magic view sitting watching the world go by. It was a bit of a drive into Christchurch, but the house had everything we needed for us as a combined family. The house heating worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a great experience showering with a view within the master ensuite. 」

「The house presented well and was very roomy. It had all the amenities that we needed in good repair. Location was quiet but not much in the area as far as restaurants etc. 」

「Wonderful house, very comfortable and well appointed. Set back from main road so no real traffic noise. A bit tricky for car access as divided road but easily manageable once you know then roads. Definitely recommend.」

「We stayed here with our bridal party during our wedding weekend. Everyone was blown away by it and the kids had so much space to run and play. The only downside is I kept having to hear “you could have just got married here” all weekend 」

「Incredibly peaceful and quiet. The birds were incredible to see and hear! Easy walk (at the end of the cul-de-sac at the bottom of the hill) to the beach by way of a mowed path. Beautiful!」

"酒店非常美觀，酒店樓下已經有很多車位可以讓住客免費泊車，而且進到酒店接待處，會發現好像基督城植物園般被很多樹包圍的感覺，非常漂亮。 Check-in的時候，酒店職員也送了兩塊曲奇招待我們。酒店房間以及廁所的裝潢也非常具格調很漂亮，洗澡時熱水供應迅速，而且充足。唯一希望改善的東西是，酒店的空調即使調到最大風最冷都是有點熱，不知道是否酒店中央系統已經預設了某個溫度，睡覺時有點熱不斷醒過來；枕頭有點不夠軟，睡得不太舒服。整體來說是很有格調的酒店。"

"My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Mayfair twice during our trip to the South Island of New Zealand, once at the beginning and again at the end of our journey. This hotel is absolutely a gem! The property is new, which is always a plus, and the rooms are spacious and equipped with comfy beds and a kitchenette, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The amenities were modern and well-maintained, contributing to a very pleasant experience. What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendly staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Zoila, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Her warm demeanor made us feel right at home. When we returned for our second stay, it felt like we were coming back to a familiar place, and the warm welcome we received made all the difference. Overall, we highly recommend The Mayfair for anyone visiting Christchurch. The combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service makes it a standout choice. We can’t wait to return!"
