“The hotel room was simply outstanding! Plenty of room, comfortable bed and TONS of lighting options. The restaurant and rooftop bar, however were closed and looked to have been closed for a very long time. There was a restaurant on the ground floor that served a buffet breakfast. If the ground floor restaurant is made permanent or semi-permanent I would recommend drapes to draw diner’s attention inward. The view of the shopping center and dogs was lackluster.”

“The room was very small and the bathroom was not what I would class as a proper bathroom. Saying that for the one night it was clean and comfortable enough. We had to be up early but if you want a sleep-in, don’t stay here as the mosque speakers are less than 50m away and prayer started loudly at 4.45am and continues for 45 minutes. For a non Muslim it wasn’t great. If you’re a diver and transiting early to Mabul or somewhere else, then it is ok. If you’re looking for somewhere for a few days……
