「This hotel is very neat and clean. The staff is very attentive and respectful. The hotel’s location is central and close to important sites and public transportation (Marmaray, metro, bus, ferry - all within walking distance). The breakfast included with the stay was excellent with a great view of Bosphorus. A++」

「The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone made the effort to know our names. Highly personalized service. From the reception to the concierge and everyone else, the staff was not only friendly and helpful but always smiling. Emre at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and so was Zeki Yusufoglu who arranged a lovely breakfast for us at 3:30 am for our early morning flight.
