「We had a lovely stay, the environment and room were great. The extra bed was a blessing, especially when traveling with kids. Everything was good overall. However, the security instructions were very confusing, and the pool had a limited number of swimmers allowed. This was quite frustrating, especially when traveling in a large group with children.」

「We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. 「The apartment was good, some comments are the bathrooms were a bit small and lacked space for things. The beds were big and comfortable but ridiculously low. The absolute biggest negative was the honking from the train station and border control area, it was all the time and really annoying especially all night and it's not short honking but people hang on to the honking, ridiculous. It was quite easy to go to the mall even though there is a big construction project next door.」

"Very good location. It was just a short walk to the JB checkpoint so perfect for travellers commuting between JB and Singapore. We also enjoyed the breakfast which offered a lot of options and tasty food. The room was spacious and the shower was great. However, there were ants on our bed, in the drawers and in the bathroom. When told about the issue, the staff only applied some insect repellent and did not resolve successfully. On our last evening, we went to the pool bar to relax, but were told that most of the cocktails were unavailable. We had wine instead and it was not properly stored. Very disappointing and we had to cut the evening short. The hotel could definitely do better with more staff training in terms of housekeeping and managing its bar."
