「The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. 「This hotel is in a great location and looks stunning from the outside. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff were very helpful. We were allocated rooms in the annex and although clean these are not of 5 star quality. The furniture in these rooms are not of the quality available in the main building. We had 3 rooms and 2 were of a good size with balconies which accommodated outside seating. The last room was much smaller with no outside seating which I don’t believe was fair as we had 3...
