He gave us a tour of the house and showed us how everything worked, as well as giving us tips about things to do in Mallorca. The house itself was wonderful. "The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"Lovely house that was very well equipped and clean. Fully enclosed gardens with a lovely pool and a shaded terrace. Really peaceful setting if you want to get away from it all although not far from the supermarket, but you do need a car. Really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back soon.

"The property was in need of attention not up to spec and the oustide garden pool area was not maintained at all.The upstairs bathroom was in need of service the shower hardly worked and the drains smelt so bad we ended up using the downstairs bathroomThe beds are very old and very uncomfortable Its a very dark property very little light which maybe in peak summer keeps it cool but otherwise it just seems very dark."
