"We booked this very large finca fairly last minute as had flights moved from 2020 and didn’t want to have to cancel last minute. The communication before we arrived was excellent with regards to the paperwork needed and any questions we had. Magdalena was very friendly and responded straight away in most cases. "The house is good overall. However, it doesn’t feel well-maintained. After we arrived, the WiFi was not working and had to contact customer service to fix it. The linens and towels feel a bit old and not smelling fresh. The location is not super convenient. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you want a complete getaway from urban life.
