Eine wirklich schöne Finca

Wir haben 2 Wochen hier gewohnt. Das Haus ist richtig gut - klasse Räume, alles sauber und dieser schöne Blick auf die Berge. Absolute Ruhe und ein großes Grundstück. Wir kommen wieder.

Ruhe und Entspannung auf Mallorca

Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus. Super Ausstattung, sehr gut in Schuss. Absolute Alleinlage mit Privatsphäre. Toller Weitblick über Olivenhaine, Zypressen und Felder. Einfach zu finden. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 4 Km entfernt. 30 Minuten zu den Stränden an Nord-, und Ostküste. Wir waren allerdings die gesamte Zeit im Haus. Der Pool ist einfach zu verlockend. SAT-TV haben wir nicht ausprobiert, deshalb keine Erfahrung dazu. Angst vor Insekten darf man in dieser ländlichen Umgebung keine haben. Mar ist überaus nett, hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar.

Stylisches Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in Alleinlage

Wir haben mit zwei Kindern (7 und 13) 14 Tage im August in dem jungen und sehr modern eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, teilweise mehr als im Angebot beschrieben. So gibt es z.B. neben der Waschmaschine auch einen Trockner, zudem je Bad einen Fön, sehr viele Handtücher und eine tolle Küche. Das Haus verfügt über eine Alarmanlage, ist komplett eingezäunt und hat ein funkgesteuertes Eingangstor. In den kühleren Monaten ist der Jacuzzi sicherlich ein sehr tolles zusätzliches Highlight. Die verspiegelten Fenster sehen nicht nur gut aus, sie schützen auch vor der Sonne. Die Übergaben haben jeweils problemlos geklappt, bei Fragen ist Mar immer erreichbar. Nicht so ideal gelöst ist der Bereich rund um den Pool, das Holz ist uneben und rissig, damit mit Vorsicht zu nutzen. Der auf den Bildern gezeigte grüne Rasen am Pool ist nicht vorhanden. Der Fernseher im Kinderzimmer empfängt kein Sateliten TV. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen, da die Vermieterin nach eigenen Aussagen das Haus weiter optimiert. Stunning House and location *****

The property was very beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The house was well maintained and very clean. We visited the nearby town of Inca which had a good supply of supermarkets and shops. We'd hired a car so visited other more distant resorts for a couple of days but after that we couldn't resist staying by the pool and relaxing. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Mar but her parents were very friendly and gave us all the details we needed even though we were only able to communicate by 'show' and hand gestures. The hot tub was a bonus as the pool is chilly in May but we got in the pool anyway two days running and really enjoyed our swim in such beautiful surroundings.We would love to return for another relaxing holiday in the future. Thank you Mar for allowing us to enjoy your gorgeous home. Best wishes, Julie and Paul x

Sehr schönes, einsam gelegenes Haus, sehr gut für eine Familie mit Babys oder Kleinkindern

sehr gut ausgestattete Küche alles für Babys und/oder Kleinkinder vorhanden (Senora Mar hat vier kleine Kinder), an Alles wurde gedacht auch der Swimmingpool ist für Kleinkinder eingerichtet alles wie auf den Fotos, auch das Areal ist noch nicht fertig an den Wochenenden wird in der Jagdsaison geschossen
