I enjoyed staying at the Route Inn East (Sendai) during my business trip. Their front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and quiet. Also, the location is super convenient! There are many shops and convenience stores close by.

This hotel is very good for me regarding its facilities and good services. But this time I had the business, meeting, and banquet around the Sendai staion. This hotel is located at the east side, a litte far away from station. So I felt a little inconvenience of carring heavy luggage and of using Sendai subway, coming and going.

The Wi-Fi password is the same for all hotels in the group, so once you access it, you'll be automatically connected no matter which prefecture you go to, making it stress-free and convenient. Recently, there are many hotels where amenities are picked up at the front desk, but route access is always set in the room. Simmons bed mats are also good. No matter where I go on a business trip, I feel that the same sense of security that I always have is what helps me relax.
