“The cottage was great - very clean, nice location and had everything we needed. Appears to be pretty new. A few small things kept me from giving it 5 stars. 1) there are no blinds or shades on any of the windows. This is a big deal for the bedrooms when the sun is shining in at 6 am and I don't want to get up that early when I'm on vacation. 2) there needs to be cable or at least a smart TV. “The house is in a great location and has beautiful lake views! We had a great time staying here with our friends for a long weekend. Close to many state parks with beautiful hikes, no shortage of waterfalls and wineries. The property has private well water so took a little creative showering with our group of 7 and the hot water wasnt working the first night but it was an easy fix and the hosts were quick to respond. ”

“The fireplace was wonderful, it did get cold enough to use it. The bed was comfy and the couch was perfect for napping or sleeping. The kitchen had nice pans and a few cooking necessities like oil and spices. We were fascinated by the hay bale construction of the cabin and how beautiful and warm the house was. We self toured our little section of woods and said hello to the sheep. Unfortunately the weather was quite cool so we did not spend much time out doors. ”
