The Cottage features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a pull-out sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Sliding glass doors showcase beautiful views of the gardens and grounds, while the in-home washer and dryer make it ideal for families and longer stays.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of at least $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

★ SECURITY★
There are security cameras pointing at the driveways. We respect the privacy of our guests and only check the cameras if there is a concern.

★VIOLATION FEES★
Smoke Removal Fee: $600.
