"We'd stayed at this hotel last year and while it was cleaner this time around, the breakfast was not nearly as good. We had a good stay and would return again if we are in the area."

"Hair in sink , holes in wall run dwn beds were awsome ....need to put some money back in property ushually a good franchise hotel but this one was not clean ....."

"The water in the shower wouldn't go down and they gave us a plunge to get the water out; it wasn't even them to do it. The toilet had dry blood on it. The bed sheets weren't clean. It was terrible. The staff tried to help but they said that the house cleaning is only there every other day"

"There was no coffee pot or kitchen ware, house keeping never came "

"The house was clean and setup nicely. The house was close to the Kodak Theater. We stopped to eat breakfast at the Peppermill Restaurant. I highly recommend it. Thank you Jud for all your efforts for us to have a great stay. "

"Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!"
