Pros: It is a beautiful property. The pics accurately represent the dwelling, host is responsive, ammenities are plentiful, kitchens are stocked and host recommendations were helpful.Cons: You can't check in a minute early w/o a fee. After an 8 hour drive, I arrived 30 minutes early and couldn't check in. The instructions to get in were not complete (missing a necessary step), so we ended up not getting in until 20 minutes after our check in time when the host texted they unlocked it remotely. The day before you get there, you receive approximately 3 pages of 'house rules', to include disclosing there are cameras pointed at the hot tubs with recording. It's a lot of money to pay for a place in BFE Ohio and be that restricted.
