「Don’t do it. Was excited about the stay after eating at the restaurant on my last trip to Dakar. The two experiences were not the same. Massively dated hotel with fridges not working, furishings falling apart, no amenities, and a room and bathroom full of mosquitoes. Luck it was one night. Just don’t. 」

「Disorganized check in. In spite of making reservations in mid May and phoning to confirm before arrival, we were told there was no room available. A vehicle took us to a substandard flea bag without pillows. We refused. Back at the hotel, communication was poor. Lots of loud arguments. Eventually they put us in a room. No toilet paper. AC failed within one hour. Could not sleep. We departed the next morning and sought other options. Very disappointed 」
