“Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel, die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber aber auch nicht dreckig. Gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich. Jedoch der Strand für das Hotel war sehr klein und am Strand sind überall Boote und einheimische. Das Meer war auch nicht so spektakulär und 5 mal pro Tag gesang von der Moschee (sehr laut)”

“花園美麗又廣大安靜，有大片沙灘景色美麗，服務人員友善，很好的飯店，物超所值。只是客房安排不知把團體客和自由行客人分開，有點吵鬧影響自由行客人權益。外面街上晚餐味道還可以，但價錢並不很便宜，不十分推薦，按摩價錢和巴里島差不多。”

“More than Excellent small boutiqe hotel in the Senggigi areas. Right by beach, mesmerizing sunset views from the whole hotel place, include your own private terrace. Large, sea view rooms, comfy bed, nice pool area. But 2 things much more than excellent: the staff is superb and really attentive, and the breakfast is delicius and home made. Definitely recommended, and will come back soon. Don't miss the Lombok wildlife park, it is 20 minutes by car from the hotel!”

“1.第一晚上入住,就聞到每顆枕頭有濃濃臭味,跟飯店反應只到換枕頭套子,換完枕頭套依然非常臭,後面好幾天都被臭醒. 2.有浴缸但沒有熱水,只有溫水,甚至是冷水,因為沒熱水所以泡澡也很不舒服. 3.小朋友遊戲區(設備老舊),游泳池,海邊風景都還不錯,海灘垃圾很多(有看到人在清理,只是還是很多垃圾) 4.飯店只提供免費飲水2瓶300cc水瓶,桌上1000cc水都是要而外付費. 整體感覺很不好,不會再去地2次”

“Aamupala oli heikko, paahtoleipä, jääkylmää voita ja kananmuna sekä kahvia. Tuoreista hedelmistä tehty mehu oli hyvä lisuke. Huone tarvitsisi pikkuhiljaa pientä ehostusta. Muuten oikein mukava ja rauhallinen paikka, kiva uima-allas ja muutamat aurinkotuolit. Sijaintina hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja ruokapaikoista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. ”

“The experience staying at Pool Villa Club is awesome. We arrive early at noon and they let us check in right away. They decorate everywhere inside the house with fresh flowers from the garden. The lagoon swimming pool is magnificent. My family spending lots of time swimming and relaxing at the poolside. The house is extremely spacious and the sunset at the beach right next to the Villa is memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lombok next time.”

“This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed. The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable. I will live again. Also, will introduce my guests live here.”
