Vergane glorie. Jaren geleden was het Senggigi Beach Hotel, een perfect en goed onderhouden. Daarna overgegaan naar een groot concern en vervolgens Merumatta. Geen onderhoud. Kamer stonk, evenals de bedden, kussen en de kast. Ja ruim 20 jaar regelmatig in dit hotel te hebben gezeten, was dit nu nooit meer.

This is a beautiful place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful, wonderful gardens over looking the sea and a bar to watch the sun set. What more could you look for in peaceful break in Senggigi.

ビーチ沿いにある老舗ホテル

スンギギビーチにある老舗のホテルのようです。３泊しました。部屋は値段なりですが、朝食が豊富で美味しく、夕方は夕陽がきれいです。また、ギリ３島に前の浜からダイレクトに行けてとても便利です。 ただ、施設が古くカードキーが効かない、エアコンが動かない、冷蔵庫から水が漏れてたりなどトラブルもありました。 その都度、スタッフが迅速に対応してくれましたが、施設の老朽化は問題だと思いました。 いろいろありますが、総じてコスパはいいホテルだと思いました。

The hotel is a bit tired and the beach is not the best but the service from the staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and varied. It was good value for money for the price paid. I would go back there again.

The facility is nice but should be better maintained, especially the bungalows. The pool and the private beach are very nice, while the negative note is about the breakfast and the in-house restaurants. For the same price we ate much better in some places close to the facility. To be fair, given the prices of the facility we can't complain too much.

Spacious resort with good facilities

Spacious resort with well kept garden. Rooms were separate bungalow style and spacious. One of the rooms had air conditioning issue but it was not too bad because we only stayed for 1 night. The resort looks tired so it needs to be refreshed. Rinjani restaurant has good food but service is slow. Breakfast has a huge variety of food and they were amazing. We also bought some handmade souvenirs from a craftman who was selling in front of Rinjani restaurant and from a little souvenir shop in the hotel area. They were good values
