“We can find everything we need in the apartment. The view is nice and it's at a walkable distance from main attractions. The staff are helpful, but it would be better if we can have instant contact online instead of phone.”

“We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to……
