「I booked for two people and when I arrived at midnight, the front office told me that they only have one capsule for one person and if I want extra room I have to pay extra 90$. They also said that they will reimburse me for the night I didn't stay in and for the mistake but then they refused the reimbursement through expedia. Scammers」

「Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close....

Just unimpressed. -water leakage during heavy rain storm - incredibly terribly maintained parking lot, massive holes in the asfalt so I had to drive...
