"Hotel refused to let me check-in with my confirmed Expedia booking although I called hotel reservation office and they confirmed to me that everything is alright ... But once I reached hotel, they rejected my reservation due to discrimination.. They claimed that Expedia's offer is only for certain nationalities and not anyone can book with it even if Expedia confirmed the reservation ... I got stranded at reception for over 3 hours until I was forced to make a new reservation with much higher...

"Nice, big room and bathroom with a view to the sea and everything within walking distance: the beach, the pool and the restaurants. The day activities and the night show were really good. Food has been of very good quality at the main restaurant, and a visit to the 2 a la carte restaurants is recommended. Relaxing on the beach sunbeds and then diving into the warm pool was a bliss. Overall, a great experience!"

"Second year going to Blend Aqua Club hotel, and it’s still a great place to spend the vacation. Pools and aqua park are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good. So overall it’s a good value for the money. However this year the shuttle bus was terrible, the bus does one trip every 15-20 mins, which lead to more people waiting then everyone starts pushing and fighting for a seat. "The overall the jasmine Palace was very clean and very tidy all the time. The staff was always present if we need anything, we could ask them anything and they would be able to help. We enjoyed the activities that the Jasmine Palace. There was one problem we had was that there was not a lot of choices on food. It looked like they were catering for non-vegetarian people."
