服務可嘉但設備待加強
以價格來說,房間的大小稍嫌小,king size的床也比預想中來得小,房間空氣不太流通,睡到一半會熱醒,浴室的備品不知是否有更換,有股潮潮的味道,另外刷門卡的設備應該要時常檢查,因為沒電了進不了房門在外面等了10幾分鐘,不過服務上還算蠻不錯,服務人員的態度還蠻親切的

在江南那邊,步行十多分鐘到清潭站,要去旅遊區東大門明洞要坐三十多分鐘,但酒店房比較細但舒適,性價比一般

Only if your office is nearby
Was there for business trip for 3 night last week. Location is nearby where my customer are but don't expect you can find lots of thing in the evening at your free time. Typical business hotel, nothing really exciting except that it's new and under the brand Starwood, so it's like giving you some reassurance on the quality. Three little thing that I don't really like. 1. There are some sensor lighting in my room near the main door, suppose to turn on only when people walking by. However it keep turning on and off by itself after I switch all the light off in the evening, and to be honest it freak me out big time. This is probably the main reason why I'm not considering to come back 2. Asked if they have a small bathroom scale as can't find in the room. Called the front desk and they replied me normally I'll need to go to the reception to take it by myself but this time they can bring it to my room, but I need to bring it back to the reception. Fine, no big deal. But what they bring to my room is a giant half human tall real scale (like those one in recycling field to weight stuff), and I really don't think I can bring it down to the reception by myself. I appreciate that they provide me this but I'm actually just looking for a tiny bathroom scale 3. Had dinner in the restaurant one night. Pretty empty and overprice. The bread is good but others are just so so. Not sure why my pasta come before my appetizer, and pasta potion is small and over cook.

Aloft Seoul Gangnam had one of the nicest staff members I have ever seen. I am not just writing this review because I they asked, but because I truly wanted to. They have accommodated everything that I have asked for and has never shown any sense of rudeness or annoyance. They are really kind and are just purely amazing!

Extremely unpleasant and inflexible concierge
I've been coming to this hotel for already many years whenever I had business trips to South Korea, but this time I was quite upset with the concierge service. I had a problem with my US business card so I had to call citibank since sometimes they block it while I travel abroad so I asked the concierge to wait for the extra charges for my dog (They charge 36600 won per night for a dog stay, which is not indicated on the website)when I paid for the roomstay. I had to book this hotel for several separate reservations since the booking system does not allow a consecutive reservation (which was another very inconvenient matter), so I had to check out on Dec 27, and check in again on the same day for another two days. I asked the guy at the concierge to wait for the dog stay charge until my US card comes clear in the evening but he gave me a very hard time making me repeat myself over and over. It was extremely unpleasant. His reason was everything had to be paid at the checking out since I made the reservation through expedia so they have to process each reservation separately but I was checking right IN, and only was asking for him to wait to charge dog stay until I clear the issue with US citibank, whilst I already paid for the previous stay AND the guarantee for the check in! I've been a loyal customer for this hotel, and the guy at the concierge had no understanding at all YET he insinuated his points. Is this how they treat their long-term customers? A VERY unpleasant staff
