Nice hotel

This hotel is located near 2 lines of subway, it's easy to choose a way to travel around the city. Sometimes, it's a bit nosy though. There are many restuarants, cafes and shops nearby the hotel. Staff are nice, for Thai travellers, there is a Thai staff who can help you a lot. This is my first time and I think it's not bad.

Hotel is located in a walking distance to 2 lines of subway, so it's easy to go to anywhere. Sometimes, it's a little bit nosy because of the distance from the train is too near. It surrounded by many restuarants, cafes and shops too.

Cozy Place in Downtown Seoul

Cozy place with very soft mattresses near subway station and centrally located around a lot of places worth visiting in Seoul for a decent price.

駅近でコスパ良い

ソウル駅から一駅の南営駅から徒歩1分もかからない近さ。ツインを利用しましたが大きいスーツケース2個広げるスペースもあり広さも十分。バスタブは無くトイレの横にシャワーのタイプですが気をつければ便器が濡れることなく使用可能です。バスタオルはありませんでした。

위치가 역과 가깝고 숙박비가 합리적이라 공항을 이용할 때 항상 이용합니다. 다만 역 근처라 지하철 소음이 심하기는 합니다.

금연룸을 부탁하였으나, 담배 냄새가 베어 있어서 매우 힘들었습니다. 그리고 체크인시 데스크가 주차장 쪽에 쌩뚱맞게 있어서 매우 혼란스러웠습니다만 그것외에는 전체적인 룸이 깨끗한 편이었고, 숙소 근처에 편의 시설이 있어서 가격대비 괜찮은 편이었습니다.

洗濯機があることと評判がよかったので選びました。 洗濯機の使用料が最初10000ウォンと言われ迷いましたが… あとで5000ウォンと訂正されました。 間違っただけなのかな？と疑問です。 でも、駅から近いので便利でした。

G-Stay was a good last minute booking to sleep through the night. Not bad if trying to avoid a guesthouse without breaking the bank. Nothing spectacular. Just decent. There was a train nearby and I could here it every time it did past when awake. If a light sleeper do not stay here.

在G-Stay 民宿的不愉快經驗

1.透過智遊網預訂2間房間，一間雙人房一間三人房，共5人入住，預約單已經寫清楚是5人入住，也已經刷卡付清金額，但是在check in 時，辦理的人員卻還要收費，還須我再次跟他們說明，已經用信用卡付清，若是旅客也忘記，是否會被收兩次房價？ 2.2間房間預定時，預購單寫得清清楚楚，每間房間，是一張說人床和一張單人床，但是經入房間後，卻發現一間房間是兩張單人床，但這點我們已經沒有和民宿計較了... 3.進入房間後，櫃台打電話要求我們再多付一個人的價錢，因為我們定的是兩間雙人房，卻有5個人入住... 我想會有這樣的誤解應該是因為我出示的是中文預定單，第二天早上去櫃檯和會說中文的櫃台人員溝通，他們還是繼續要求我們要多付一個人的房費，甚至要我們親自跟智遊網聯絡，後來我找到英文版的預定單，出示給櫃檯看，才解決這件事。 4.不愉快的地方是，明明是他們搞不清楚狀況製造烏龍，卻要旅客自行處哩，旅客有一份訂購單，難道他們不需要把預訂單看清楚嗎？解決完畢之後，他們還態度冷淡而且沒有一句道歉，之後幾天打掃房間補水，還是只提供4人份的礦泉水，我們可是付了5個人的錢... 5，房間裡釘在牆上的木頭置物架，掛了幾件衣服就掉下來，廁所洗完澡之後，地上會有一灘水無法排到排水口，研究之後發現，那塊磁磚的高度比排水口低，所以水流不進排水口，在廁所擺放洗髮精的鐵架也沒有釘在牆上，放在馬桶水箱上，看了朋友的房間，才知道我們房間的是掉下來，卻沒有修整... 6，朋友房間的馬桶底座馬桶與地板連接的地方有缺損，上廁所的時候會搖晃...裡面沒有架子可擺放乾淨的衣物，只有掛毛巾架，我都是洗完澡走出浴室才穿衣服 7、沒有提供咖啡茶包無所謂，但房間沒有杯子，只有薄博的紙杯，一碰水就軟掉如何使用？ 8、浴室整理時沒有清洗馬桶和地板，房間也一樣 這間民宿不是才營運2年多，怎麼設備如此老舊？ 看了台灣部落客的介紹才訂購這家民宿，卻受了一肚子鳥氣，讓人懷疑寫下入住介紹文的那些部落客是否和飯店業者有對價關係...

二度目の利用です。今回は一週間滞在しました。大きい冷蔵庫や洗濯機が室内にあるので長期滞在向きです。駅近でバスも多く、ホテル周辺はお店も多く横断歩道を渡れば小さいスーパーもあり、住むのに不便はないですね。 タオル交換とゴミ捨ては毎日やってくれるのですが、掃除やベッドは言わないとやってくれないみたいでした。でも言えばやってくれます。もっと早く言えばよかったと後悔… ただ１つ難点はテレビチャンネルが激少なことかな…テレビ好きなので残念でした。

Superb hotel in the best location

This was the second time that we stayed at this hotel during our vacation on Seoul. We love the location of the hotel. Very near to everything. Namyeong Subway Station Exit 1 was just few step away. Minimart and good restaurants were very close to the hotel. The room was so nice and fully eqipped with a nice view of Seoul and Namsan Tower. You can cook and make laundry by yourself in the bedroom. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Wifi was fast and pocket wifi could be rent at a good price. Highly recommend.

5月初めにツインルームを利用しました。部屋は広くてキッチン付です。ただ洗濯機と冷蔵庫を同時にコンセントにつなげません。洗濯機を使う時は冷蔵庫のコンセント抜いて…ハンガーが足りないと言ったらたくさん持ってきてくれました。お湯が出なくなった時もすぐ対応してくれました。滞在中に雨が降りましたが、駅まで走れば傘はいらないです！また利用したいです。

駅近のレジデンス

4月末にツインルームを利用しました。地下鉄1号線の南営駅からすぐです。駅の2軒隣くらい近いです。ソウル到着が夜で、チェックインが23時を過ぎてしまいましたが、スタッフの方は待っててくれました。部屋は二人分のスーツケースが広げられる十分な広さです。簡易キッチンや大きめの冷蔵庫、洗濯機があって便利です。乾燥機付なら言うことないですが…また利用したいです。

酒店距離1號線南營站少於50米，步行往4號線淑明女子大學站及往仁川機場的巴士站也不過10分鐘，交通便利。附近有小商店，可買到日常所需。房間設施尚可，冷氣可調校，Wi-Fi訊號非常良好。每天只進行簡單的房間清潔，如清理垃圾筒及更換毛巾，補充瓶裝水。房間隔音一般，但住宿樓層不是太嘈吵，情況尚好。員工能以英語提供資訊。酒店住宿價錢合理，民宿以外的不錯選擇。

Close to railway

The location is good, it takes around 2 minutes to the railway station 134 , and 5 minutes to the railway station 427. The room is clean. Although the bed quailty is not high, I can still have a comfort rest. The washroom doesn't have a curtain to seperate the shower and toliet area, so its easily to get wet the whole washroom after showering,which is not very convenient. And the lobby security for keeping the luggages should be improved. Afterall, the stay is good~
