The check in staff didn't acknowledge me until I said check-in to which I was told 3:00pm. Didn't offer to keep my bag. The bed was the worst. I slept on top of the comforter trying to provide some cushioning. The bed was hard with coils or bars making harder spots. The pillows were solid too. Rough idea on how to use the washing machine would have been nice.

Location in Google map is wrong which misleading you to their old building and still with hotel signage on it, time wasting; the apartment is old and terrible dirty and disgusting, you can find unknown dirts on bed sheets, they seems not changed it at all !

料金の安さで決めました。 部屋にはキッチンと洗濯機があるので長期宿泊の方にも向いているかと思います。 フロントを通らず外から誰でも入れるのでセキュリティー面が少し気になりましたが、安いので不満はないです。 バスルームはバスタブなしでトイレと一緒になっています。 24時間やっている飲食店が徒歩圏内にありコンビニも近いので便利です。

良かったところは値段が安かった。フロントの方が丁寧な対応だったこと。 悪かったところは季節柄しょうがないのかもしれませんがコバエがたくさんいたところ。窓を開けていないのにどこからか入ってきてしまうようでした。虫嫌いなので結局20匹くらいと格闘しました。

왠맘하면 후기를 안남기는데 우선 방음이 안되어 모든 소리가 다들려요. 배달오는 소리 치우는 소리, 걸어다니는 소리. 청결은 머리카락이 벽에 붙어 있기도 해서 좀 그랬어요. 호텔이라기 보다는 모텔에 가깝고 그냥 진짜 원룸이에요. 사람들 진짜 사는 원룸의 한층이라고 보시면 되어요. 옆에 조선 팰리스가 있고 교통이 편리하여 저렴하게 이용은 하실 수 있으실것 같아요

いい点はスタッフさんの丁寧さとそつのない部屋でした？ 微妙な点は一人暮らしの小さな部屋といった感じで窓開けても隣のビルが間近に迫っててうーんといった感じでした。 素泊まりするだけならまあお手頃といった感じでした。

생각보다 나쁘지 않았따!

후기가 별로라서 엄청 걱정하고 갔는데 생각보다 작고 아담해서 잠은 정말 잘 오더라구요 보일러도 빵빵하고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나와서 좋았어요 방음이 안되서 복도에 뛰어다니고 말소리 들리는거, 프론트 직원분이 아무리 불러도 없어서 멍하게 기다린거 말고는 다 괜찮았어요

장점 : 서울쪽에 넓은 숙소, 4인이 아주 넓게 사용함 단점 : 쇼파등의 일부 가구는 오래되서그런가 철결하지 못하고, 의자는 나무가 일부 뜯겨있어서 다칠뻔함 또한 호텔임에도 불구하고 식기 사용후 설거지 안하면 벌금 만원을 부과한다는 안내문구도 있음 정리 : 방은 넓으나 이가격에 이용하고싶은 서비스과 시설은 아님

청결최악

청결상태 최악! 밖에서나 돌아다닐 범한 대형 바퀴벌레 있습니다.손님이 체크인 하기전에 객실 확인만 한번 했어도 바퀴벌레가 배 까뒤집고 거실에 죽어있는 사체를 보세되진 않았겠죠! 절대 비추입니다.

비지니스 호텔 절대 아닙니다 장난하는것도 아니고 이게 뭡니까? 거짓말 안하고 일반 고시텔보다 조금 더 큰 원룸입니다. 위생상태 최악, 방음도 안되서 밖에 소리 다 들립니다.

벽지.화장실.침구 상태가 모텔보다 열악했구요. 조식은 먹을것도 없었지만 조식이라 부르기 뭣한데다 콘플레이크먹은 그릇 스스로 세척 까지 하라네요. 호텔이 맞나 다시 확인해야 할 듯. 화장실은 정말 작아서 샤워도 힘들 정도였어요. 리모델링 필요할 듯. 좀 멀어도 더케이나 다른 깨끗한 저렴 호텔이 더 나을것 같네요 이런저런거 없이 정말 잠만 자고 나온다면 괜찮을 듯

The staff was very helpful! The Google Maps told me to go to the residence building and not the hotel. The staff helped me get to the right building. Room was clean and comfortable.
