The location was great, right next to subway station, the food and fashion street, that it was so convenient to go around. The staff at the reception was very efficient that check-in and out were fast and convenient. Mercure is definitely one of my go-to hotels in Korea.

酒店地理環境好，在購物商圈及近地鐡站。 但房間服務及早餐則有待改善。 住了5日有3日沒收了浴室的毛巾及牙齒，沒有補回，用房間服務電話聯絡客服完全沒有回應，要每次親身到LOBBY找職員即時自取，向他們反應，也沒有意識補回，感覺4星服務欠佳。加上房間冷氣晚上會自動停了，至早上才回復正常。而早餐的食物選擇也少。這個價位入住，我不會再選擇這間。

鄰近弘大地鐵站，無論去機場或是其他主要景點地區都很方便。弘大站1號/8號出口有扶手電梯/升降機，推行李不用爬樓梯。 房間整潔，每天都會整理，更換毛巾及補充日用品/樽裝水等。員工親切有禮。酒店大堂有wowpass機，增值wowpass很方便，不用於地鐵站排隊。 樓下便是弘大商圈，便利店亦只是幾步的距離，無論購物還是餐廳選擇都很豐富。 下次會再考慮入住。
