Great location & friendly owners

It was our first trip to Korea, and SeoulView Guest House provided the perfect location for our explorations. It is so close to Myeondong Station and the Airport Limousine bus-stops. Many food options and shopping all within walking distance. It is clean and comfortable, and the owners are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

It was the most wonderful stay ever. The facility is clean, and free drinks, towels, and laundry are provided. Master is kind. There is also share kitchen, which is a great facility. Great location, just a short walk from Myeongdong Station

Wonderful private room! The toiletries given are amazing! All is done to self check in and out! The owner is lovely and I really enjoyed the bed, the quiet room, great shower pressure. Excellent location, was a solo female traveling alone and it was the best! Truly recommend!

Great location

The room was small but perfect for someone staying by themselves in the room. The bathroom was big and they provided free bottled water that you could grab whenever (also they had a water filling station). The staff was kind and helpful. The location of the place was close to myeongdong station, by walking distance to everything there.

I loved pretty much everything about this guest house! Just a few minute walk from the subway station. Everything; shops, restaurants, convenience stores, money exchange place, attractions, etc. is in a walking distance. Clean and quiet. Super nice and friendly people (owner's wife and the manager). Great price. I will definitely go back here if all possible. I know this place will be so popular that it'll be tough to book.

Home away from home :)

I'm really glad we chose to stay here again on the last leg of our Korea adventure. It truly felt like our home away from home. The convenience of the location (very close to Myeondong station and airport limousine bus-stops), the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the owners is amazing. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable, but can be a little small if you are traveling with multiple large bags. However, the communal space and kitchen on the third floor is a strong plus point for us, When we take away food because we can't finish it, being able to heat it up later and eat comfortably is great. Also, having access to a washer and dryer was a godsend. We recommend SeoulView Guest House, and will stay here again!

Hidden Gem in Myeongdong

Had an amazing stay at Seoul View Guesthouse. You can't beat the location. Right next to Pacific Hotel and steps from the Northface Bldg where most of the tour pickups are. It's literally steps from Myeongdong station and just go to the underpass and exit 6, you're in the start of the main shopping street. The room I got was the 1 king bed and 1 twin. Perfect for 3 people. Room & bathroom was clean. Free laundry, free coffee, tea and water. On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen with all the tools & appliances you need. No eating in the rooms, but there is a big dining table, kitchen on the 3rd floor. We felt safe during our stay (3 women) cctv on all points, Mr. Lee the owner is kind and very approachable for any questions or concerns. His assistant Hong Jay is nice too. Forget the expensive hotels across the street, this guesthouse is my now go-to in my future Seoul travels.

Great stay, Very clean and perfect location

Stayed here for two nights during my solo travel and absolutely loved the location. One side you have an incredible view of the stunning Seoul tower (so close) and across the street the bustling city of myeondong which is filled with shopping, street markets, restaurants, bars and more. I loved the convenience of the location being a minute from the train station, and so close to so much but also quiet. The only thing I didn’t love was the wet room bathroom, where the toilet, sink and shower are all combined with no divider so everything got wet when I showered and caused me to slip and fall. The space was really small and cramped, but for one person it was also just enough space. There was a small desk and chair, a mini fridge which I loved and a tv with Netflix. The bed was the comfiest one I had slept in during my entire Asia trip and the ac unit worked great. My checked suitcase was able to also slide under the bed when laid open so I was able to utilize the space. However the listing stated I’d have a city view which was entirely untrue, I had a fake window that looked at a brick wall so I would adjust that advertisement as that was a bit disappointing. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for travelers on a budget that still want a very clean and modern place. They also provide unlimited small towels and water bottles and tea
