Personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en bied hulp aan bij het brengen van de koffers naar de etage (omdat er geen lift aanwezig is). Wel jammer dat het personeel niet de gehele dag aanwezig is voor het bieden van hulp.
Maar verder een fijne verblijf!

チェックアウトの時にわざわざスタッフさんがきてれて手伝って頂いたあと、下まで荷物を運んでくれてとても助かりました！ありがとうございました！

空港リムジンバス停から徒歩1分と近く、遅い時間のチェックインにも便利でした。
荷物を預けられる場所があり、とても助かりました。
新しくオープンしたホテルなので、すべてが新しく快適で良かったです。
