easy check in and out, location was closed to everything and staff was very helpful and supportive. the only thing that i was kind of felt uneasy was under the beds, it was full of dust and some linens were torn. i hope that management will address this issue because it triggers some health problems to us.

Travelling first time to Seoul as a single mum with 2 children, convience is so important and thats what this hotel was... the facilities are great, the service desk individuals are very friendly and spoke reasonable English and best of all its ideally located near myengdong and namdamun markets, also transport is close by and lots of eateries places around too. However, the room we stayed at was a bit small and the view wasnt the greatests as it faces another building, but the good thing was I got to book a triple single bed room that had a traditional hinoki bath and the hotel is part of the line friend cartoon characters really cute. As for price its not too cheap but worth the pay taking into note all its convience. I would stay there again or would recommend it.
