Hotel is in an excellent location, very easy walk to bus stops and Gangnam station. Tons of shopping and food around the area. Check in was easy, staff are friendly and helpful. Little bit of dust in the bedroom, but generally quite clean. Great hotel, would definitely return!

Reasonably priced apartment hotel in Gangnam, partly apartment building, basic amenities with kitchenette. Room is small. Has washer/dryer combo.reasonably priced. Dining and shopping nearby.

Location is good, convenient to access bus or subway. A lot of dining options close by. But the cleanliness of the hotel is not good. Dirty stain on room light buttons, dirty floor etc. One day the cleaning staff left a bag of garbage on my room table while she should have taken it away. Room beddings were said to change every other day but weren’t changed for the three days we were there.

Went thisbplace before Covid years...it was clean and great place to stay. When i visited again in 2023, It was a total different place. Floors and baths are dirty. I don't think the bathroom is even cleaned properly. Hope they can maintain the quality of the place as I remember three years ago.

For the price, the cleanliness was disappointing but not horrible. The bed and room were very clean, it was just the shower and washroom that were not the cleanest. The staff were nice but not accommodating at all for a later check in when my flight was delayed (ended up having to stay in a different hotel for the night). It was located in a convenient spot and was safe. It also was a very large room with a kitchenette and everything. Overall, a good experience but not great.

This hotel is a part of so called officetel. Some of the rooms are long-term residential units and some are being used as hotel. This place has a oven, refrigerator, sink, pots and some silverwares as well as a washer. The room is kind of small and the bed is a little hard for me. The Gym is located on the 9th fl with 4 treadmills with only one weight lifting machine. It can't be called Gym. The overall facility is a little worn out. The area is safe and there are plenty of eateries around. The staff was kind.

Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Walls splatter with ? and worn. Bathroom has mold around sink and in shower area. Under bed was very dirty with debris. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping needs work. Floors are dirty. Needed to go to front desk multiple days because housekeeping for got to leave coffee or shorted us towels. No place to put luggage and no real clothing storage in room. More space is given to kitchenette than clothing storage so we lived out of suitcases on the floor.

I like the concept of the Urban place because it's like a residence, but you still have room service and a front desk. That was my second stay there.
Being able to cook my own TeokkBoki is priceless.
