「Beautiful setting in pine forest.15 minutes walk from town centre. Perfect.!」

「The houses are beautiful and the bathrooms were clean. We had lots of rooms and of space! The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. It is super close to the beach, maybe 4 min with the car. There was the option to do laundry. The pools were great, but the small indoor pool was like a greenhouse with glass top and no shade. The big indoor pool was very fun for all of us, but the outdoor section was closed at 38 degrees in July! We had no ceiling fans or standing fans. WIFI did not work...

「Points faibles: impossible de joindre la résidence au téléphone,pas de wi fi,machine à laver et sèche linge en panne,place de parking réservée(auprès de la maison mère)mais à l'arrivée et durant tout le séjour pas de place donc parking payant(17 euros pour 24 heures) Cuvette des wc sale, abattant mal fixé,fuite d'eau sous l'évier,petit électro ménager vraiment à revoir,rideaux laissant passer le jour,hotel en travaux donc bruyant. honnetement,l'hotel aurait pu prévenir que toutes les prestations...

「We were arriving after official check in time and it took several phone calls to head office to identify the correct number and half a dozen attempts to call, within their busines hours, before someone answered. but once we got through, everything went very smoothly. Really warm welcome from staff, kind and helpful, I hadn't realised how far it was to walk to the centre of Le Crotoy, especially with little legs, but having good quality and affordable bike hire on site was a great asset.
