"il y a eu une petite confusion au niveau de notre réservation sur VRBO. Le propriétaire n’avait que reçu mon nom, il n’avait pas accès à mon adresse courriel pour communiquer avec moi. Comme je n’avais pas reçu le processus d’accueil, à notre arrivée, nous avons contacté le propriétaire et il s’est rapidement déplacé pour venir nous accueillir.
