“This was our first Vrbo so we were nervous, but the venue was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. We were attending a wedding nearby so wanted something convenient but could house us. It did not disappoint. We took several walks to the creek and enjoyed being able to spend time together but also have our separate spaces. Our phones didn’t have service there but the WiFi was excellent and the owner responded in a reasonable time with a couple questions we had. ”

“I’ve traveled the world, literally staying at VRBO rentals and have to say that Roberts unique home in a trendy part of Chattanooga is at the top of the list. It’s as if he hired Andy Warhol and Willy Wonka to decorate with a splash of Tupac! Seriously, look no farther and book now without hesitation. “We stayed here for the second time, this time for our 10th anniversary. The cabin is clean and quiet. The views are beautiful although the trees have grown up a bit in the 4 years since we’ve been. The hot tub in the back is perfect. You’re 20-30 minutes from anything you’d want or need in Chattanooga. The host is very kind and helpful. No complaints.”

“Our stay was a weekend getaway for our 6th anniversary. The cabin was so cozy! It had everything we needed! We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. We cooked in the indoor and outdoor kitchen. We used the grill AND pizza oven! The are several ponds on the property full of frogs and fish. There was food available to feed to fish. There were so many Harry Potter touches in the cabinet. The keys in the ceiling were perfect! The large quilt was super comfy. 10/10 recommend!”

“This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. A previous review complained about the water not getting hot, but we found that it just took a while to heat up. Both the shower and sink knobs……

The grounds are welcoming, with plenty of places to sit and chat with your group, or new friends! Parking is right there. The rooms are always clean, and well stocked with coffee and snacks. “From the moment we booked, Craig was very communicative and responded back to my messages immediately. He was accommodating and allowed us to check in early/check out late and was also very understanding when a miscommunication led to a later checkout than planned (sorry!!). “We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay,”

“We love historical hotels so chose to stay at The Read House. Our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself is like stepping back in time to old world grandeur. Absolutely magical. the dining was exceptional (we chose to eat there every night!), and the bartender, Alan, was really engaging and mixed great drinks! His Peanut Butter Alan was amazing!! Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. We look forward to returning to The Read House very soon. ”
