Perfect for two and a dog

Loved this spacious home, with its massive bedroom, sunny sea-side kitchen / dining room / living room, and lots of space to spread out. Nice big porch and super quick path to your own beach. Can't be beat!

The location is beautiful on the beach. Saw sea lions. House is cute. Someone with a long haired white dog or cat must of stayed there before us.....hair everywhere. Little ants everywhere....watch out if you leave food on counters. Those are small things. Location makes up for it.

Gorgeous view of the Strait and Bay, Mt Baker!

House was very clean and well appointed. Amazing views from the large windows facing the bay. Wonderful drinking coffee in the Adirondack chairs in front of Mount Baker and the strait. Kitchen has everything you would need and is even well stocked with common seasonings. The entire outside and beach smells of lavender. The hot tub would have been nice, but it was very dirty and smelled bad so we didn’t use it. The dryer wasn’t working at all either, so be aware and maybe test it before washing clothes or you’ll be hanging them out to dry on the deck like us! Overall just a lovely place.

This would have been a 5 star. First the good. The location was amazing, great views. The house was clean and had all we needed. Now the drawbacks. No railings and steep/unsafe stairs to access house. The bath tub was very slippery. We arrived at our check-in time to find the cleaning crew there draining the very dirty hot tub. It then took them several hours to fill. We didn't feel comfortable using the hot tub but even if we did, it wouldn't have been warm enough that same day. The path to the beach would have been nicer if it was cleared a bit.
