「Great experience」

「床单上有不好闻的味道 不知道哪儿来的」

「Good」

「服务态度很好，入住时主动给家庭安排僻静的房间，退房时主动提供矿泉水供路上饮用」

「WiFi doesn’t work 」

「价格很好，地点停车方便」

「Very clean! There was no light (bad light bulbs) at the bathroom, other than great place to stay!」

「old 」

「Very clean but simple. While the WiFi appeared to connect, it did not function for me. I did not bother, for a short stay, to see if there was any fix or if my room was just too remote from the server.」

「I have to keep the curtain closed for privacy as the window is facing the ground. The room doesn’t have any view to the inner garden. Pretty bad privacy.」

「Fabulous hotel, my favorite in Bay area」

「good staff」

「Excellent location - very convenient, lots of good eating places within walking distance. Bed is most comfortable. Hotel toiletries exceptional. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast (included in room price) is the best!」

「In a very location of Palo Alto, nice and friendly staff always ready to give u helping hands and especially a front desk American Mexican gentleman who helped me check in is super helpful ..his professionalism is much appreciated. The breakfast is super simple but at a much reasonable hotel price... it has been values for money. I come this time for a course at Stanford University and will be back for another in 2027. Creekside Inn is my only choice Highly recommended.」
