Easily walk-able to local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Note that certain amenities are not included (razors, toothbrush) so bringing one is important. "The house is very spacious and quiet Outside the house is the endless countryside When there are no clouds, you can still see many stars. The landlord is very nice.
