“the workers there are very kind and helpful. During the morning, they will cook eggs and make coffee for us. The hotel is located quite a quiet area, and around 10-15 minutes walk to Sanur beach. Cozy and relaxing environment. Quite a lot of mosquitoes, but the hotel has prepared repellent spray and mosquito net for their guest. Very considerate.”

“Room is big and clean. Vila provides varies of food choices for breakfast, included in room fee. Staff are very friendly and helpful, you can get any help from them. I got Bali belly (diarrhea from local food) during trip and the staff took good care of me. Vila also provides guidance to local activity and car service, with reasonable fee. However, the surrounding area's restaurants are quite expensive and nearest grocery shop need 20 mins walking time. Highly recommend this Vila if you want……

“I booked reservations for 19-20th. Our plane arrived at 11:59 Monday morning. I made several attempts to contact the resort through phone calls and texts no response to let them know our late arrival. Once we arrived the area was dark and sketchy to say the least. We attempted to get someone to come the door, no response and no way to contact resort. The pictures looked nothing like an ocean view from the outside that’s listed in the pictures. “The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean. The bed was nice. There was a large refrigerator and desk as well. What surprised me was the lack of power outlets/USB near the desk or bed - I had to disconnect the lamp to charge my electronics. The bathroom was nice, but it was not maintained well. It should be renovated: there were tons of limescale and the faucets were hard to operate. Moreover, the towels were terrible - the high synthetic content rendered them non-absorbent, so……

“No hair dryer in room, bugs in my bed on the floor pretty much everywhere, bathroom was incredibly dated and generally felt unclean the only positive is that the aircon was excellent that’s it.”

“The property itself is very nice. However, there is something living in the wall and I could hear it running around at night and making vocal noises - I’m not sure what kind of animal it was but it was very loud, woke me up more than once. I thought it was behind the headboard, I wish I hadn’t looked, it’s absolutely filthy back there. One of the cubbies is the wardrobe was filthy too. Cobwebs all over the ceiling. Yes the mosque it loud but I knew this going in and I could get to sleep anyway,……

“We had a lovely stay at pinkprivate balangan. The rooms were immaculate and fully equipped. The pool was lovely especially with the big day beds at either end. The breakfast had limited options but the food was very tasty and fresh. They also had contacts for everything, we got massages, hired a scooter and got laundry done all for reasonable prices. The staff were super inviting, helpful and polite. The location was quiet but only a short walk to cafes, supermarkets and a short grab ride to……
