“Unfortunately, our experience with this place started off as a nightmare. We emailed them more than 45 days in advance to confirm payment of the park fees for two people and received no response. As our arrival date got closer, we had to repeatedly email and call just to get basic information.When we tried to confirm airport pickup, the staff became overly aggressive about selling us their game drive package.
