“The two rooms we booked were fine. However, we completed the booking on "hotels.com" and reserved one room with 2 twin beds, which we learned the hotel did not offer. It took us over 30 minutes to check-in, because the reception desk clerk was not able to verify that I prepaid the room. Also, the hotel offers two buildings on the property, and the restaurant and bar are located in separate buildings, which made dining and drinking difficult, and this arrangement should be improved. “We stayed at the Hill View Inn (Hill View Guest House according to Apple Maps) on our way back from Maun, with our two kids and two adult friends. We were happily surprised by the accommodation facilities and the friendly staff that tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are rather small but very clean, with comfortable mattresses, the bathrooms are simple, clean with clean towels.
