「Bom quarto. Serviço imbatível em todo o Hotel. Uma equipa jovem fabulosa mesmo para um “turista exigente “ como sou! Restaurante maravilhoso q ainda vai dar q falar… parabéns ao chefe e à Rafaela q brilhantemente fez as honras da casa. No Hotel esperava um quarto mais espaçoso, com um sofá para ler um livro por exemplo ou trabalhar um pouco . Esperava piscina interior para quando a exterior não é opção … Aguardamos pelos jardins q ainda não tiveram tempo de crescer! Vou voltar concerteza 」

「The hotel was quiet, clean and perfectly located to enjoy Mertola. Parking was super easy. And the staff were all helpful and pleasant.」

「I stayed 3 nights, room was cleaned every day. Great quiet spot to base out of if you are traveling around Alentejo. The town is very cute and there are lots of beaches in each town around the alqueva. It is worth driving around for a day to see all the small villages. There are some great food options around town as well. I did not eat breakfast here but they do have a Continental breakfast area.」

「Heaven on earth. Absolutely unique and amazing stay. From the welcome sightings of the stork nests to the view of beautiful horses calmly standing by the lake I fell in love with the environment. Our check in was fun and very enjoyable. Perhaps the welcome wine glass made the experience that more enjoyable. Great friendly staff that gave a great overview of what the Herdade had to offer. Regret only spending one night but we can’t wait to go back and take full advantage of all that we missed...

「Lovely property, pure, peaceful and very friendly staff. If nature is your thing, this is the right place for you. 」

「So far, the environment is good, service of front office and breakfast place is excellent. Food quality of breakfast is good but not much variety. The weak points of the hotel rooms are sound proof and hot water supply in bathrooms.」

「The people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! The grounds and view excellent! There was not much staff on the premises and we had just arrived from a Relais & Chateau which was pretty much the same price so in comparison this destination was lacking BUT if you are going to Monsaraz and want to relax after your day of visiting I would still highly recommend since nothing in the area is comparable and the place is very beautiful and enjoyable!」
