Serramezzana Hotel with Pool

"Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza. Alla fine sono dovuta tornare a casa e quindi weekend saltato. Hotels.com ha accolto subito la mia richiesta di...

"Nice garden and pool. The room was large with a lovely balcony. Bed is super comfy and great breakfast buffet! But for a 4 star hotel that is not normal not to have tea/coffee maker in the room as well as iron. This hotel is more a 3 star than 4 star one."
