"Overall a good stay for price paid. Property was very clean. Rooms are somewhat updated. Comfortable bed. Basic but nice, updated gym. Breakfast was better than anticipated — well run, always clean tables, friendly cooks. The “free parking” is actually street parking, but there was always an open spot in the lot in front (which is public parking) or around the neighborhood, just have to look or be creative (there is no hotel parking). Entrance is confusing- main entrance in front facing harbor has no elevator, no ramps, and it’s up a few flights of stairs to get to lobby. Tiny broken sign says “R..tion” (reception with missing letters, truly sad and reflective of management), this is the front side with no elevator. Back entrance has zero signage, not even hotel name. (Park in back for checkin, if you can). Reception staff were very nice. Hotel could be so much better if the owners / management cared. Lots of wear and tear. Broken floor tiles throughout. Half of exterior and lobby looks slick (new), half looks run down (the front and the hallways and the room condition). or abandoned (lower front - taped up, abandoned restaurant signs).. Could use a refresh — could be much nicer with minimal investment."

"Staff are amazing, really really friendly and helpful. Can easily walk to old town (as long as you are are mobile or not injured as there’s a hill to go up) No gym sadly but the pool is great and really quiet. Rooms are clean and bright. Overall, good value for money"

The hotel itself, immaculately maintained, friendly and helpful staff with a car available at a moments notice to take you to the TAXI rank outside of the walls of the old town. beautiful, peaceful location highly highly recommended and worth the money."

The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the town, restaurants, and the marina, making it a perfect base for exploring Ibiza. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish hotel in a great location."

"The hotel is very nice and in a quiet but central area. It’s at the top of a hill that is difficult to access if you are driving yourself and it’s the first time. Parking is up a long upward path followed by a series of stairs. Not for the faint of heart. The staff today was extremely annoying. I called last night to specifically ask not to be bothered as Ibiza is a part town and I got in late. However, I was called an hour before my alarm breaking my sleep pattern. To add insult to injury, I was called 30 min before my departure by the same receptionist. I was about to jump in the shower. Again, super annoying. Then, there was not staff to retrieve the car or help with bags. Annoying for a place that says it’s 5 stars and more annoying still when it’s 90 degrees outside. I won’t stay again and I come here every year."
