"This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend getaway turned into a frustrating experience from start to finish. The check in process was disorganized. I was initially checked into the wrong room and staff were dismissive when I raised concerns. Once I finally got into the correct room, it was missing advertised amenities and the air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel was also incredibly noisy, with constant door slamming late into the night and poor soundproofing throughout the property.
The food quality was disappointing and even the checkout experience was confusing and frustrating. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail fell far below what I would expect from a “four” star hotel. I left feeling more exhausted than when I arrived. In my opinion, this is a three star hotel charging four star prices. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was gifted to me."
"Kitchen staff was particularly helpful and friendly. We received personal attention and enjoyed talking with them. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat."
"We stayed one night for Tunnel Marathon race. The staff allowed us to late checkout at 12pm, which gave us the chance to have a shower after the run. Very good!"
"We stayed at the lodge for our 32nd wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. The lodge is truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is beautiful, as are the spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located overlooking Snoqualmie Falls and offers stunning views from the restaurant. The staff was extremely hospitable and attentive. The restaurant offered amazing food and service, but it was insanely expensive, which was our only complaint. The mains didn't come with a side, and the sides were expensive. The same can be said for breakfast. We have stayed in many five-star hotels all over the world, and I can truly say I've never paid as much for a fairly simple breakfast as I did at the Salish Lodge. I'm sorry, but I think the restaurant was way overpriced."
"This is a truly magical place! It’s straight out of a fairy tale. From the heated floors in the bathroom to the hot tub overlooking the rushing river, everything about this rental is truly breathtaking. Beds are comfortable, house was extremely clean, kitchen was large enough for moving around in. Lots of games to choose from. TV was a bit small but we were trying to disconnect, anyways. Bathroom was tidy and clean. The hosts were extremely communicative and kind and checked in on us halfway through our short getaway & answered any questions my husband and I had. There were directions for checking in and out and made the departure process simple. If you’re considering staying here, do it!"
