The complimentary tea served daily from 5–6 pm was also a nice touch. However, for a listed 4-star property, we found the experience somewhat underwhelming. Our room was clean but quite small. One day we found lots of ants coming in through the main room door. There were also a few issues with the food. One evening we found a piece of plastic in our pasta....

「Very nice staff. Hotel's swimming pool, bar , restaurant are fabulous. Very close to train station and beach. Highly recommended specially you are planning to visit Cinque Terre.」

「Awesome property. Clean, helpful staff, and amazing breakfasts we looked forward to every morning.」

The shower in our room had an unpleasant odor upon checking in and Marina addressed it within minutes and made sure the rest of our stay was as pleasant as possible. Towels warmer in the bathroom was a nice addition. The breakfast was pretty basic...
