The apartment is located in the center of the resort of Sestriere, close to the ski lifts and shuttle bus. In the winter months, the slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledding, dog sledding, and snowshoeing are available.
Summer visitors can choose from numerous mountain bike trails, as well as tennis, rafting, golf, horseback riding, and swimming. The Luna Park activity center near the apartment offers stunt biking, skateboarding, rollerblading, and more. For something more relaxing, try the Le Sorgenti del Mendia spa (a 15-minute drive away) in Pragelato.
Many festivals and events for all ages take place in the area throughout the year, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings. There is a wide variety of restaurants and bars in Sestriere to suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and small stores selling local specialties. Turin airport is a 1-hour, 25-minute drive from the complex.
