"Tek kelime ile mükemmeldi. Girdiğimiz andan itibaren otel personeli son derece ilgili. Havaalanından kalkan otobüsler direkt önünde indiriyor giderken de yine aynı şekilde çok rahat oldu. The manager would not swap our room, nor negotiate the price, nor refund, despite trying to negotiate for an hour. We could not contact Hotels.com as their website was down and our phone went flat.
