“Basically a hotel turned into private apartments. The bed was comfortable and perfect for a conveniently located overnight stay with parking included. The owner was attentive to messages and did their best to accommodate requests.”

“What a wonderful home to come back to after a day out from activities! We enjoyed the very clean house and all the extras it had to offer. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quite and the outside touches ( a grill, patio furniture and fire pit) were an added bonus. The proximity to all the places we went were only about 20 minutes away. ( Science center, Rock and Roll hall of fame, Aquarium, West side market and the Christmas house). We would definitely stay……

“This house was overall very clean and a good size for what our family needed. The decor inside, though, and the appearance of the exterior felt like we were staying in someone else’s house. Personally, I like a vacation home to feel like it’s just that and not someone’s own home we’re staying in while they’re away.”

“No complaints”

“Lakewood has a lot to offer, and this location was very convenient. I loved that we had a dedicated, assigned parking spot off the street. We did cook one meal there plus breakfasts, and that was helpful to have that kitchen. The bed was very comfortable with quality sheets. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it was very nice, for a very good price. I would go back again when visiting Lakewood.”

“Beds were noisy and soft”

“The area felt unsafe. Poor lighting, poor parking options. Very noisy. Blinds don’t close. The building was shabby and we were approached by residents upset with unit being rented. Did not feel welcome. The key is in a lockbox on an adjacent property. Lock difficult to manipulate. The rental property was clean but not very comfortable.”

“Great value”

“Very charming place to stay.”

“We came for my son’s graduation and had a great time. The location was centralized to everything we wanted to do. We would stay again.”

“Loved everything about it except parking”

“This studio was very close to my grandson at CWRU. Being close to him was very convenient. The studio itself was very clean but the hallways and stair landings had dead bugs and the windows were covered in cobwebs. The shower door would not stay closed. We put a towel over the door to keep it mostly closed. We told the owner and got a $25 amazon gift card. Stairs are narrow and creaky but that is expected in a older building. Because of the closeness to my grandson, I would stay there again.”

“We use nearly every time we take a trip and this experience was the best so far. The house met all our needs - clean, cozy, perfectly priced and excellently located. Communication with the host was top-notch; all my concerns before embarking were addressed quickly. We felt like the host actually cared about us and our overall well-being.”
