Room was very clean, check in was confusing at first but was very efficient. The property in in the best location, near the most beautiful beach. Staff are friendly and I loved the bbqs. I didn’t like the decor however as everything felt similar to an ikea showroom and was of poor quality. The sheets are extremely uncomfortable. However, for what you pay, it’s a great place. I’d definitely return if I get a chance.

Very clean room and clean grounds. As for staff, never had contact with them. Everything was done online. Did need them, but they were never in the office. So we found the cleaning staff and they helped. They were amazing, but management not so much.

Good location, short walk to the beach, nice pool, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. The unit itself seemed very new and clean. Gym is decent. The cafe in the lobby is convenient but as noted by others they seem to sometimes be closed when you'd expect them to be open. Our only complaints would be that they are stingy with towels, only giving you one bath towel and one hand towel per person, and they don't offer any beach equipment for guests (beach/pool towels, beach charis, umbrellas). Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially at the price point compared to other options near 7 mile beach.

They upgraded our room to a two bedroom but then told us not to use the second bedroom or we would be charged. This was very unprofessional. It was not our fault the property overbooked and we should not have been punished for it. Everything had a price attached to it. Including basic bathroom towels. For as much as we paid for the room you would think we could get new towels every few days without being charged. There was no staff around to ask any questions. Will not be staying here again.

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly. I loved having a kitchenette in the 1 bedroom unit. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach less than a 5 minute walk.

This is a very new apartment type accomodation. It's at a budget price for Cayman and did the job for our one night stay before flying home. Spotless and everything worked well. Could use a second hand towel and third bath towel. We had a one bedroom unit. The bed was very comfortable, although softer sheets would be nice. There's also two and three bedroom units. Seemed it attracts families with kids.

Clean and well-organized environment. Very friendly staff & rooms with electronic locks * *(eliminating the need for key cards – you just leave and the door closes automatically, only a code is needed) were a pleasant surprise. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a first-aid kit in the room. Each room is equipped with a fire extinguisher and evacuation plans. There is an elevator, a swimming pool, and a TV with screen mirroring capabilities directly from your phone, both in the bedroom and the living room. We highly recommend it! & wish everyone a pleasant stay!

The cable didn’t work they came one time they said it’s an adapter never come back … then I texted them again same problem they came and fix it one tv and the other tv they don’t no sound… noisy building and also the alarms from the smoke detector activate a couple times … I texted them a couple times no answer The location was good the room was clean

4.5 stars - it’s nice and new and clean and modern. Very good location near the beach. The pool and grounds are well kept. I wish it was beachfront or had beach amenities for rent included in the fees. I appreciate laundry on site and the cleaning was good. The bathrooms could use facecloths. Be sure to bring your own beach towel. The single bedroom unit was small but the other units look much more spacious. Would stay here again.
