We ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Beach towels are available for your seaside adventures. Host charges a 5% credit card processing fee on Booking . com, VRBO and direct bookings. 13% tourism tax will be added to all reservations. For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment.
Standard Cancellation Policy: 14+ days before check-in: Full refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
December & January Cancellation Policy: 60+ days before check-in: Full refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. 30-60 days before check-in: 50% refund, less a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund.
