The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. After struggling to find someone to assist us on arrival we we where taken to our cottage. The cottage had an overpowering smell of room spray that burnt your eyes. it was very clear that...
