"The room itself was large and seemingly clean. The floor near the AC unit at the window was sunken into the floor. it was almost just carpet over old wood. I dare say we may have fallen through if we weren't paying attention."

"Things need fixing. Neither of the tub faucets work right, 1 is unusable which is a big deal with littles like we have. Light over the upstairs tub needed to be replaced.
